DELIVERY POLICY:

We do the same day delivery if you place the order before 10 A.M (AZ time), any placed order later than will be delivered on the following day between 12:01 P.M to 10 P.M. Free delivery fee within 5 miles of Flowery.

. We would like to inform you of our pick-up policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience when collecting your floral arrangements. Orders placed before 10:00 AM local time will be ready for pick-up after 6:00 PM on the same day, while orders made after 10:00 AM will be available for pick-up after 2:00 PM on the following day.

. Delivery Fee: depending on local address.

. We promise to try our best to accommodate delivery at SPECIFIC TIME, but we do not guarantee all the time!

. Delivery service might be affected during HOLIDAYS (Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Father's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), please let us know ahead about your desired delivery time during these days.

. Incorrect Address: additional $7.49 fee will be applied if the product(s) delivered to the incorrect address that you accidentally put in.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY:

We deal with fresh products. There are many variables that may affect the condition of our arrangement.

. Depend on the type & variety of flowers, cut stems will be expected to stay delightful and elegant for 5-7 days.

. We are responsible to exchange for original arrangement with any other products of equal value within 24 hours after receiving the product. AFTER that, we DO NOT accept the requests/complaints under any circumstances. 

CANCELLATION:

. We apologize that we are unable to accept any adjustment, exchange for cancellation on the arrangement if the product(s) are delivering on the way.

. If you still want to cancel the arrangement, BEFORE we start the delivery, we will refund ONLY 75% of the order's price, through peer-to-peer (P2P) digital payment services such as Zelle, Venmo and Paypal.
